We can get APC and IFV and SP Artillery also Missile boats and corvettes and hope the new Gun to.

. . .
The kind of projects we are already running and weapons we are buying we don't have money for that too

we do have money for Projects that are overdue from long time ..
look at the deal of submarine ... if we have funds than we would have them in PN already

I think you may have misunderstood OP's post. Pakistan has managed to put itself in a position where it is preparing to collaborate and sell its equipment, rather than actively buy foreign equipment from such exhibitions.

The Defence Export Promotion Organization was set up for this very purpose and is diligently pushing for the export of indigenous weapon systems. Defence expos are a prime potential location to actively seek out interested partners/collaborators. It may also interest you to know that our military exports currently stand at an estimated $200 million annually. We're all in for a very tasty treat in the coming three years. I'd tell you but where's the fun in that.
