Rohini Satellite (RS-1)Series

Orbit : 300 km x 900 km elliptical orbit (97 minutes period)

Lauched by : India, SLV-3 rocket

Objectives : The satelite provided data on the fourth stage performance and ranging.

A journey from Rohini to GSLV

Um....First impression I had on the image was :what:. Looks like ISRO's journey from boyhood to puberty to adulthood :thank_you2:
I think we should stick to images having the Isro markings and color rather than just the silhoutte :P .
But quite an impressive achievement.
