For a disease to make species jump, number of monkeyfuckers should have been substantial (numbering in tens of thousands over a period of hundreds of years).

The "undercooked monkey" theory is a fiction. Even a fully fleshed out HIV is very difficult to contract orally, let alone make a species jump from an undercooked monkey. The effort that SIV need to expend in making a species jump is same ,irrespective of mode of transmission, but chances that people would consume uncooked meat (even hunter gatherers knew that cooking improves taste,nutrition value and makes meat safer) enough number of time to transmit SIV via a less contagious route is much less than a route where exposure is 100% guaranteed. This theory of undercooked meat is propounded by left-liberals who do not want to acknowledge that one of the most deadly disease came into existence and was spread (AIDS, before it got into general population via blood banks and prostitutes was an exclusively homosexual disease) due to sexual degeneracy, something they promote all the time.

This is almost an false dawn. No treatment has been able to completely cure AIDS. The Virus always make an comeback somehow. However some people are naturally immune to HIV/AIDS. I have read an report when an naturally immune person donated his/her bone donor to an HIV infected person, within a few weeks the recipient had no trace of HIV Virus in the body. The research is going on as we speak.

Cure for cancer is impossible because infinite number of factors contribute to the development of cancer. Every healthy person has cancer cells, in most cases they remain dormant. What awakens these sleeping cancer cells is the greatest mystery.
