I am affraid the statement is 'partly' true.
It's true that all Zionist leaders had Jewish mothers - which make them Jewish according to Jewish law - however, practically all of them were atheists or some even pretended to be Christians.
Contrary to Qur'anic version - Judaism has always been based on tribalism(Tribes of Israel) and nationalism.
The leaders of World Zionist movement were never interested into a 'Jewish state' but a socialist state based on Marxism (Karl Marx was Jewish too). They used the term "Jewish state" - and are still using it - to fool the world Jewry and keep the Western guilt of the so-called killing of six million Jews (Holocaust), which has become more sacred to majority of Jews than Torah or Talmud.
YES - The Jewish Bible (Old Testament) do allow barbaric treatment to non-Jewish victims of Jews.
