Israel to have final tier of multilayered ballistic missile defence in place by 2017

It seems that Israel is certainly ahead of the game when it comes to deploying operational ABM systems.

It seems to me that the Israeli missile defense network looks something like this:
1st-tier: Arrow 3
2nd-tier: Arrow 2
3rd-tier: David's Sling / Patriot
4th-tier: Barak-1/8
+Iron Dome and Iron Beam

Barak 1 is a naval point defense system and Barak 8 is a naval area defense system. None of them counts for a land based 4th tier (occupied by Iron Dome).

I thought Israel uses US only engines.
Where does Israel uses engine from UK?
Will you clarify?
Hermes 450 has a British wankel engine, although the British company is fully owned by Elbit.

For everyone who thinks i said engines of any type let me clarify, i was pointing towards Jet engines specially low-bypass turbo fan.
So please do not tell me to Turbo prop, piston or rotary engines.

As already noted, Barak is naval and Patriot is not a part of missile defence.

1. Arrow 3 (interception of IRBM and MRBM in space +100 km altitude)
Typical targets: Sejjil, Shahab-3, Scud-D, Scud-C

2. Arrow 2 (interception of MRBM at 50-30 km altitude).

Typical targets: Sejjil, Shahab-3, Scud-D, Scud-C, Scud-B

3. David's Sling (interception of SRBM)
Typical targets: Fatah-110, M600, Scud-B, Tochka, Luna

4. Iron Dome (interception of artillery rockets)
Typical targets: M302, Smerch, Fajar-5, Grad

Yes, I just realized that Israel had not purchased the PAC-3 variant of the Patriot; thanks for pointing that out.

Does Israel not plan to establish sea-based missile defenses, even if her geographical circumstances do not warrant the need to do so?

There are some ideas to provide some sort of sea-based missile defense to our EEZ naval gas rigs, but these ideas have not yet evolved to solid plans. Saar-5 and Saar-6 corvettes are going to be armed with Barak-8 and will be able to provide missile defense to themselves and nearby areas anyway.

We could have gotten this system from Israel if not for ....
