Athar Abbas, professional, sober, got the aesthetic looks, soft spoken and i'm disappointed why he wasn't made a LT.General. Perhaps not liked by his bosses?

Major Gen. Atthar Abbas, was a well groomed officer.

He was good choice for the job.
