Islamabad HC's Activist Judge Torpedoes FBR's Tax Collection Efforts

Let's also not be so one-sided as well, Sir.

Mr, Hakeem has only been suspended, not removed. The final resolution of the case is yet to come. Besides, some of the evidence that is quoted suggests that there is much more to this story.

To highlight it as a case of judicial activism is wrong and premature at this point, Sir.

It's better to be on the side what is right rather than be naive in the face of all the evidence pointing to the serious damage being done to Pakistan by activist judges.

You may think you are on the "right side" of this story, but then again, you may be wrong in thinking that too. Who knows? Besides, it is not only the judiciary, but all institutions of the state that are harming the nation. Why pick on the judiciary alone?

Back to the thread topic, there are two sides to this story, and the case is not final yet. Drawing any conclusion or picking sides is wrong and premature.
