ISI agent Sajid Munir, who was lodged in Bhopal Jail, has been sent back to Pakistan by the Madhya Pradesh Police through Wagah border after he completed his jail term.

After spending 12 years in jail for spying, Munir was in the custody of the Bhopal police for the last 14 months.

The Additional Superintendent of Police (ASP) Rajesh Singh Bhadoriya told ANI, “Accused Munir was apprehended on charges of impersonation and forgery.”

The case had been registered against him under section 419 467, section 490, section 471 of Indian Penal Code (IPC) and Section 14(b) in The Foreigners Act, 1946

Many Pakistani POWS lost their lives in Indian camps, Pakistan unable to do anything except lodging protests and registering it with UN.
Same is your right, the only difference is we done that for POWS and India will do it for a terrorist.
