There are tons of people all over the world who each day pray and pray and pray they could do damage to other people. Luckily this guy was one of those low intellect people who has no ability to do it himself. All he could do was reach out to people to help him accomplish his warped dream. Those people in his case were law enforcement who strung him along until they could get enough evidence to stick him with a serious 30 year conviction.
