Pakistan is infected by terrorism, India is not. But both countries are equally safe. I can't imaging what would India look like if it has terrorism problem.

The Russia, U.S.and U.K. are the biggest source of Indian medical tourism.

171,021, 236,898 people travelled to India for medical treatment in 2012- 2014 . Only 34% was from Bangladesh, Afghanistan , nepal combined.

Do you see Chinese or Japanese go to India for medical treatment? No.....

Unlike your country Japan has free universal healthcare. They can get the best treatment in their country for free why would they go to a another country and pay ?

Also China really ? Their per capita is lower than half the tourists that visit India . They are poorer than most their per capita is just 2.2x larger than India's.
