Although this survey is a small scale but is a good seek for public opinion.

Also a Gallup survey (conducted in march 2014) which shows satisfaction level of people with government being the highest 57%, compared to Punjab 27% and Sindh 26%.

Has PTI brought Change in KPK? Change, on it's normal course, will take time and probably is not the right question to be asked at this point in time. However, indicators shows positive surge as far as people in KPK are concerned.
"Change" can take different definitions and will probably suit best on individual or on collective masses understanding. A change- some attribute to Infrastructure (Tangible), or Change - Institutional building, and masses engagement, Training and awareness (Intangible).
Tangible changes are easy to quantify on qualitative measure whereas intangible changes are difficult and some times lead outsiders to believe that nothings happening. Both changes yields different result over the long period of time where later overcoming the earlier on grass root level. Intangible change is somewhat is driving a lot of critics of PTI of "no change" in the province but indicators shows that PTI government is heading in right direction.
