Is PTI bringing change in KPK ?

Although this survey is a small scale but is a good seek for public opinion.

A step in right direction.

Also a Gallup survey (conducted in march 2014) which shows satisfaction level of people with government being the highest 57%, compared to Punjab 27% and Sindh 26%.

Has PTI brought Change in KPK? Change, on it's normal course, will take time and probably is not the right question to be asked at this point in time. However, indicators shows positive surge as far as people in KPK are concerned.

"Change" can take different definitions and will probably suit best on individual or on collective masses understanding. A change- some attribute to Infrastructure (Tangible), or Change - Institutional building, and masses engagement, Training and awareness (Intangible).

Tangible changes are easy to quantify on qualitative measure whereas intangible changes are difficult and some times lead outsiders to believe that nothings happening. Both changes yields different result over the long period of time where later overcoming the earlier on grass root level. Intangible change is somewhat is driving a lot of critics of PTI of "no change" in the province but indicators shows that PTI government is heading in right direction.

nopes every independent institution have verfied it . two other international surveys come and say the same thing

look to be fair to PTI most of its 90 day promises have failed to materialize but then again PML N also has failed in its 6 months of promises so no bad thing there.


however, what PTI currently is lacking is major overhaul of electrical issues for people of KPK and basic drainage & sewage infrastructure. the floods caused havoc among the people of KPK and usually this is followed by a huge break out of diseases. So PTI should improve infrastructure of drainage & sewage.


Also PTI should and must work on educating the masses and creating jobs. ALL PTI needs is sincere work in KPK for 5 years once they do that KPK can forever become there power base.

like MQM has karachi, PPP has sindh, PML N has punjab. if PTI delivers in KPK in 5 years there will be no stopping them.

Yes they have.In these 1.5 years PTI has really done alot in the province and the details and explainations can be found in the KPK thread. Some were brilliant steps like the cancer hospital,tameer-eschool ( this one takes the entire bakery), Mass transit system ( believe me we cant be a developing country without a local internal transit systems in atleast all of our provincial capitals) and mobile courts.

If all done rightly can truly make KPK the top crop. I may disagree with imran on many, many things but he has done right in the province. He was going great before he shifted all of his focus on the azadi march. PTI needs to make KPK their base province and from their launch take over assaults on other provinces.

PTI ALSO NEEDS TO CHANGE THEIR MEDIA CELL. ALL OF THIS IS USELESS IF THE POOR PEOPLE OF PUNJAB HAVE NO IDEA WHAT YOU HAVE DONE.

We know bcz we use internet and while some may have friends in KPK but the poor rackshaw walas,shop keepers and rural people will not know what he has done so far. You guys desperately need to kick shireen mazari out. Your media cell must be very very powerful.

As for the survey. I dont believe any surveys. They dont take account of 20 crore people of pakistan. Even before this elections i didnt believe any polls irrespective of whether they showed imran is leading or Nawaz is leading. No poll or survey can show the true thinking of a country or a province unless every house and every person in it is included.

Really? you are from KPK? then can you plz tell me how are mobile courts going? bcz that is a brilliant idea and can actually provide people with quicker justice, something that is a dream in entire Pakistan. Mobile courts are very difficult to implement but if did right, they can be very effective and can provide quick justice to the people.

Mate, don't have much info on mobile courts, I however know first hand that corruption is down. Let's say, at the very least 30 - 50%. People who used to be openly corrupt are scared and trying to hide their assets. I know this from several personal experiences.

No problem. Thanks for the information provided. One can read all he wants but the true image of a party and its working is given by the people who live in their vicinity. Hopefully ALLAH will do what is best for this country.
