They perform same sorta role but looks-wise they're completly different, the Predator has 1 x push-prop
in the rear while Rustom-II has 2 x props in the front in cowlings -

Thats not true, look at the Bombardier Global-5000E fitted with Israeli surveillance equipment.
That was a big-bang show, although they bought it under guise of an IAF VIP transport jet...and
anyway, Predator coming into ARC is old, but the news about this coming out is new.

ARC was formed with CIA help and almost all equipment is American, even during Indira's time. They do not coordinate with airforce for their equipments. They are not even under MOD.
