I don't think he is anything too much by himself. He definitely got some key people in pakistani establishment backing him. Particularly for his ability to create a situation of chaos. When current government was reluctant to release pmln head from jail, this thug's services were used to secure his bail and release. And now too, opposition is not relying on numbers to secure no confidence, rather this thug's services are being called in again.
