is bihari doc banned permanently?

sir i recently learnt that bihari doc/vsdoc has been using multiple accounts to troll and has been tracked....so is he permanently banned?i would say he should be banned permanently

considering the posts that he has made with his multiple account "angel dust" i can safely say this man suffers from small dik syndrome and is a hopeless case of inferiority complex ..people like him usually lead a double life and are often caught cross dressed....

ta ta bihari doc......i am sure vultures will boycott your funeral ceremony too after they find out who you really are.
