It's not that, the point is IRIAF never accepts ladies in entrance exams ... so how can this be true ?!
I think maybe its just a demonstration, some times (in the past) pilots could brought their children to the airbase and the children could even seat inside the plane ...

have you ever served in the army????? i dont know in pakistan , but in iran if you hat is crooked they wont let you to enter the base(Garrison) ,..or even having a beard has rules.

i give you an example....from hat i mean this for soldiers.

they wont let you enter like what i said.now you think they would let you enter like a feminine!! .

i know that... when i was a kidd i did it once.(seat on a plane.)but the point is she has rank on her shoulders ! maybe she used (بند پ).what do you think?
