Iran has developed a new generation of centrifuges which are 15-16 times more powerful than the first generation, said Iran's atomic chief Ali Akbar Salehi on Monday.

"We unveiled a new generation of centrifuges that surprised the Westerners ... This new machine is 15-16 times more powerful than the first generation,"

installing of these prototype centrifuges was one of the reasons that executing the Iran-P5+1 deal was delayed.
they agreed on Iran's research, yet the result of these research was too fast and shocking for them.
so when they were expecting some paper works in closed labs, Iranian scientists installed these new prototypes as part of their research.
these new prototypes have to be on continuous tests for about 2 years.

These newer advanced centrifuges will most probably not be part of the comprehensive deal.
However, the final comprehensive deal itself has an expiration date. Something that is called a "sunset clause".

When that date has passed, Iran will be able to move full steam ahead with mass enrichment on industrial scale, without anyone being able to impose sanctions.
These centrifuges will off course be installed and Iran's nuclear infrastructure will become FAR more advanced, at the same time the illegal sanctions will have been lifted.

Thats why I would urge other Iranian members to NOT be disappointed if Iran agrees to dismantle a good portion of its current centrifuges in a comprehensive deal.
Because the "final" comprehensive deal will not be so final. :)
