I think he means China doesn't want the situation in its neighbourhood (Myanmar) to get even worse with more conflict, since that will jeopardise their interests in the country. China has had very good military and economic relations with the Myanmar government(they have been their largest military provider for years) for a long time now.

So any Iranian activity that involves arming or providing military support to the Rohingya against the Myanmar government will be opposed by Beijing. So Iran should be careful, as they are already in a tight spot at the moment, it won't be smart for them to add another big power as an enemy.

حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای رهبر معظم انقلاب اسلامی صبح امروز (سه‌شنبه) در ابتدای جلسه درس خارج فقه با اشاره به حوادث فاجعه‌آمیز میانمار، از سکوت و بی‌عملی مجامع جهانی و مدعیان حقوق بشر در قبال این فجایع به‌‌شدت انتقاد کردند و با تأکید بر اینکه راه‌حل این قضیه اقدام عملی کشورهای مسلمان و فشار سیاسی و اقتصادی به دولت بی‌رحم میانمار است، خاطرنشان کردند: جمهوری اسلامی باید علیه ظلم در هر نقطه از جهان، صریح و شجاعانه اعلام موضع کند.
حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای تقلیل فاجعه میانمار به یک درگیری مذهبی بین مسلمانان و بودایی‌ها را نادرست خواندند و افزودند: البته ممکن است در این حادثه تعصب مذهبی تأثیر داشته باشد، اما این قضیه یک قضیه سیاسی است، زیرا مجری آن دولت میانمار است و در رأس آن دولت نیز زنی بی‌رحم قرار دارد که برنده جایزه صلح نوبل بوده و با این اتفاقات، در واقع، مرگ جایزه صلح نوبل رقم خورد.
ایشان افزودند: این فجایع در مقابل چشم کشورها و دولت‌های اسلامی و مجامع جهانی و دولت‌های ریاکار و دروغگوی مدعی حقوق بشر از سوی دولت بی‌رحم میانمار، در حال رخ دادن است.
رهبر انقلاب اسلامی با انتقاد از اکتفا کردن دبیرکل سازمان ملل به محکوم کردن جنایات در میانمار افزودند: مدعیان حقوق بشر که گاهی برای مجازات یک مجرم در یک کشور، جنجال و هیاهو می‌کنند، در مقابل کشتار و آواره شدن ده‌ها هزار نفر از مردم میانمار، هیچ عکس‌العملی نشان نمی‌دهند.
حضرت آیت‌الله خامنه‌ای با تأکید بر لزوم ورود و اقدام عملی دولت‌های اسلامی، گفتند: البته منظور از اقدام عملی، لشکرکشی نیست بلکه باید فشار سیاسی، اقتصادی و تجاری خود را بر دولت میانمار افزایش دهند و علیه این جنایات در مجامع جهانی فریاد بکشند.
ایشان تشکیل کنفرانس سازمان همکاری اسلامی با موضوع فجایع میانمار را ضروری خواندند و خاطرنشان کردند: دنیای امروز، دنیای ظلم است و جمهوری اسلامی باید این افتخار را برای خود حفظ کند که علیه ظلم در هر نقطه از جهان، چه در مناطق اشغالی توسط صهیونیست‌ها، چه در یمن و بحرین و چه در میانمار، موضع صریح و شجاعانه خود را اعلام کند

Ayatollah Khamenei urges action against Myanmar govt. over Rohingya Muslims
Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei has called on Islamic governments to exert political and economic pressure on Myanmar’s “cruel” government to make it stop a deadly crackdown on minority Rohingya Muslims in the Southeast Asian country. Speaking on Tuesday, Ayatollah Khamenei urged practical measures by Islamic governments to end the crisis in Myanmar.
“Of course, practical measures don’t mean military deployments. Rather, they (Islamic governments) have to increase their political, economic, and trade pressure on Myanmar’s government and cry out against these crimes in international organizations,” the Leader said.
Myanmar’s government has laid a siege to a western state where the Rohingya are concentrated. There, horrific violence has been taking place against the minority Muslims, according to reports and eyewitnesses.
Soldiers and extremist Buddhists have reportedly been killing or raping the Muslims and setting their homes on fire. The Myanmarese government says 400 people, mostly Muslims, have died in the latest bout of violence. The UN says the actual number likely tops 1,000.
Ayatollah Khamenei strongly criticized the silence and inaction of international bodies and self-proclaimed human rights advocates on those ongoing atrocities.
The Leader said the crisis in Myanmar is a political issue and should not be reduced to a religious conflict between Muslims and Buddhists, although he said religious prejudice may have been involved.
“This is a political issue because the party that has been carrying out the atrocities is Myanmar’s government, at the top of which is a cruel woman who has won the Nobel Peace Prize. And with these incidents, the death of the Nobel Peace Prize has been spelled,” he said.

I really hope the IRGC send some special forces to fight those bastards. I am still wondering why so many muslim countries havent taken action yet.. Yes of course some countries are sending humanitarian aid, like Morocco, Turkey, Iran etc.. But how about sending actual fighting men to help the defenceless?
I recall that some sort of islamic coalition was formed not too long ago, which sonsists of 42 islamic countries, it's aim was to have a fighting force ready to fight terrorism.. Why arent they intervening? Why isnt the arab league doing anything? Why isnt the islamic ummah crying out for help? Why do all the muslim countries have armies if they dont use them?

All the muslim countries are nothing more than a bunch of pussies. No muslim country is worth to be called a muslim country if they dont immediately take action and send a fighting force to help out our defenceless muslim brothers and sisters in Myanmar.

Shame on all islamic countries standing by idle while our brothers and sisters are getting slaughtered.
