Ahahha...that's a good show. The people don't seem worried at all. However they should be careful especially with kids around. In case a stray bullet or rocket lands where they are. Otherwise it's a very good show

One of them is with a Jacket, where Russia is clearly written, pause video at 0:04
In video, all men are with pent shirt, no single woman is with burqa or scarf, its impossible they are Iranian
Its seems some type of military show, but its not big thing most of stupid people can go there if it is even a war if they are from Iran or any other country,
In past in flood days lot of Pakistanis went to see flood, and same on Earthquake days in Muzaffarabad..
