PressTV - Iranian First Vice President visits Kenya
The Iranian delegation is on a two-day visit to Kenya to deepen the
cordial relations between the two countries in recent decades. The past few months has seen several high ranking officials visiting Kenya in order to strengthen the ties in which Kenya has been invited to attend the Non aligned movement summit that
will be held in Iran in August.
Kenya and Iran have been good trading partners, with Kenya importing a wide range of products from Iran, including petroleum, chemicals, domestic ware, fertilizers that stand at 11.6million dollars. However, despite the long cordial relationship, the balance of trade however favors Iran by approximately 2.28 billion Kenyan Shillings.
