Oh, i love Kermanshahis and believe me they are more pro-Iran than me. Iranian Kurds are with Iran at any moment. The minority are pro-Barzani, however they have a say and are free to state their opinion since they are Iranians, until they are not making security problems, they are free to state their thoughts. Situation in Iran is completely different from Iraq and Turkey.Yes The Pic says It all.
