Iran to Citizens: Flee Isfahan

Iranian officials have instructed residents of Isfahan to leave the city, renewing concerns that a nearby nuclear site could be leaking radioactive material.

An edict issued Wednesday by Iranian authorities orders Isfahan’s one-and-a-half million people to leave the city “because pollution has now reached emergency levels,” the BBC reported.

Even if my uncle is living in cave, then surely we would have heard smtg about this earlier! But then again, when the core in the Chernobyl plant melted and evacuation began nobody knew what was going on for some time. But one thing was clear, and that was that there was smtg clearly wrong as the entire Soviet bus fleet was evacuating people from the city!! It would be obvious if there was smtg wrong in Isfahan.

btw, how do enrichment facilities blow up? The explosion must be massive. Sats would prolly pick up the massive eplosion! American drones would immediately pick up the radiation.

Random reports of some one hearing an explosion near Isfahan, some chatter about the air polution levels being high ( as in traffic not nuclear ) and perhaps some confusion with 2011?

You would think if there really was a problem the main stream media would have some thing up by now.

If these are small reactors leaking radiation then blocking or containing the radiation isn't all that difficult of a process. Don't even bring up Chernobyl where responders had difficulty turning off the large reactors, to this day radiation from those reactors is most likely still leaking but they have managed to block it and contain it by placing a massive block on the site.
