Iran, Pakistan Discuss Closer Military Cooperation​

TEHRAN (Tasnim) – High-ranking generals from Iran and Pakistan weighed plans to promote military and security cooperation between the two neighbors.​

Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee of Pakistan General Nadeem Raza met with Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General Mohammad Hossein Baqeri in Tehran on Monday morning.
The meeting was held with the purpose of broadening mutual cooperation between Iran and Pakistan to ensure sustainable security in the region, expand military interaction, and broaden collaboration in the security and training fields.
The senior Pakistani general, who arrived in Tehran on Sunday at the invitation of Major General Baqeri, is going to hold meetings with a number of other Iranian military officials.
In a meeting in Rawalpindi in October 2021, the highest-ranking military commanders of Iran and Pakistan weighed plans for defense cooperation between the two Muslim neighbors.
Iran and Pakistan have stepped up military cooperation in recent years and have held a number of joint naval exercises.

- They are sending their officers to be trained at Iranian war universities (see pics above)
- Signing contracts of deep military cooperation with Regular forces and IRGC of Iran
- Allowing Billion USD worth of exports per year from Iran (1.25 Billion USD in 2018, 2019, higher than what you get from Turkey, Saoodis)

We saw Pakistani shias being used in syria as canon fodders by Iranian intel agencies.

Pak Shia Govt.officials are also arrested in cases of spying for Iran.
We believe Military is not doing enough to protect Pakistan from middle eastern countries involvement in Pakistani religious affairs.
Iran and saudis pose a great threat to Pakistan national security under the disguise of Muslim Brotherhood.

We are friends of usa and many other countries like iran too but still we have commercial activities (export import business and many more also). pakistan buy weapons from countries who are busy in sabotaging our integrity, unity and oppose us in many international forums but still pakistan sends its armed forces personnel to get advance training from there and in some countries we despatch our experts to impart training to them so this is Not a new or strange thing .In international relations this type of double policy is found every where Iran also follows this.

We saw thousands of Tunisians fighting in Syria, against Bachar's regime, we have 0 presence of Syrians rebels or opposition.

With the internet, the medias propaganda, cheikhs fatwas, governments busy in corruption, no need to really be present, offer money to recruit to any sectarian conflict.

As the Sunni Tunisian seen their "Brothers" in danger, the Shia Pakistani seen the same .

Seems like you got fooled by some one-sided narrative instead of reality. Pakistani fighters were tasked with guarding the Shrines of Sayyidah Zaynab against ISIS which they did well. That is not frontline offensive duty. As a matter of fact, they never saw any significant front-line hard battle except for gaurding of shrine duties or minor Aleppo offensive participation. Robert Fisk (British war writer/journalist) who was present at the liberation of Aleppo counted some 20000-25000 soldiers and among them some hundred or so foreign legion fighters comprising majorly Afghans and some Pakistanis. That is among a river of 25000 soldiers of the Syrian Arab Army+Iraqi forces+Hezbollah+IRGC (All middle eastern, all shia). When the war was over, out of ~5000 at peak, barely 140-150 pakshias got martyred. Your whole post is without any actual evidence.

At both sides of nepali soldier are two Pakistani officers graduating (Land forces/Artesh uniform?). Look at the flag badges of officers/students, you will find many Pakistanis, Indians, Omanis, Nepalese. Last year they actually received their graduation from General Bagheri (Chief of Staff of Armed forces) himself. They offer Masters and PhD programs in war studies, strategy, intelligence etc.
