Syrian Army is not forcing anyone to leave neither it besieges civilians and it was proven in both Zabadani and Madaya , where only terrorists and the civilians who did not want to leave the battlefield stayed while the majority left to neighboring regions with the help of Hezbollah and the army when they were informed about the attack .
