Its not that Chabahar would have operated as a private property of India and others can't use it. at the end of the day, economics and money comes into play. If Pakistan has the resource to contribute, the why not..

When will USA sanction France and outer countries for importing oil from iran or is it just paks they are waiting for to fall the trap.the deal is over so how does it still flow.
And can we get the same rates from iran that the French get ?
