This was the result of Pakistan's underground nuclear test, the affected area shown in the OP video is much vast thus has to be an earthquake.

Not a nuclear test. As Windjammer and Apollon mentioned above.... The impact is localized to test area and it's aftershock signature is different...
 
we hope there only functioning nuke reactor hasn’t been built near a fault line

It will be clear tomorrow since nuclear test burn down the mountain see Pakistani test videos mountain in Chaaghi clearly shows signs of being burnt.
 
A nuclear explosion (even a small one) release gamma ray waves which are picked up by a number of satellites across the world built for the sole purpose of detecting underground nuclear tests.

Iran would never do a covert hot test as the world would know the next day.

It wasn a series of earthquakes, not a single one, it's visible even in the video. so perhaps those moron enough to spread such rumors must say Iran is testing nuclear bombs none-stop!
