If you use internet alot and prefer cool web browsers with same features as PC and want freedom of watching live tvs, sports and flash games within web browsers, want to download songs/documents straight from web sites, like to play videos with all formats including MP4/DivX/XviD/WMV/MKV/H.264/H.263 etc, want to have slim, light weight smart phone with bigger screen, wish for SD card slot 32 gb with ample internal storage, Bluetooth and easy file transfer with PC and other mobiles then go for S2

If you like look of phone and want to rely on iTunes for everything and can live with limited video formats and lack of flash support in web browser and prefer small screen with more weight and want to pay extra money then go for iphone 4 s
