I could access Vimeo and Dailymotion. Never heard of other sites.

Cyber Intel gathering has confirmed extensive use of jehadi and terror material(mostly ISIS) so government isn't taking any chance and these sites have been ordered to block from immediate effect. Although these sites are using some sort of mechnism which is just delaying it. ISPs have received the Intel order.
