Intermittent "Destination timed out" errors

The DefPk server is generating "Destination timed out" error messages this morning (approx 10 am EST).

I have been getting "Destination Timed Out" errors since yesterday morning for long periods of time, and continuing this afternoon as well.

Providing the error is not enough, you have to provide the IP address also.

Traceroute results also help. You can do the traceroute here.
