Which aircraft carrier is this? Is China building aircraft carriers by her own, if yes how many?

India plans to be a 3 carrier navy.

It is the Varyag, bought from Russia, Kuzentnov class, But it cant be converted to a chinese aircraft carrier cuz of law as well as cuz of conditon of the ship.They are basically trying to understand the building and concepts of carrier building

And the smoke is not coming from the boiler, it is too less and not from the boiler vent as it is above the smoke the source of the smoke
