i like to get wet - Lets start the water wars--

I cant believe it,it may have happened in flood season.
If it is true then it means Indus is passing through Thar desert,there are already millions of thirsty people,they even steal water from rivers and canals then how they can leave a whole stream passing to a water less area.
Even if it is true then people will start cultivation in thar or the area from where it is passing and no water will reach India.
There is no accord of river passage change,all river are supposed to follow as indicated in Indus water treaty.
