I have some doubts over this whole idea. The basic idea is to feed the rivers in the south from perrennial rivers from himalaya like the Ganges and Brahmaputra.Draining water from Ganges looks a bit easier ,but Brahmaputra how? It takes the course abruptly southward because plains of BD is downhill. How can one build channels to drain water without going through BD territory and through the jalpaiguri corridor. Would require massive engineering solutuions ,is it even possible, any civil engineer in the forum???

And who told you that the water is of bangladesh,..
I can't understand why you only target india, only ganga yamuna r not the rivers which provide you water..There is a river called brhmaputra where china is building dams and tring to change it's direction, why u people don't accuse them of that...

I am not but we can try connecting Teesta to Ganga and drain Ganga water down south. Regarding Brahmaputra, Forget about it. The chinese will anyways make it dry next few decades.
