indians taking out their frustration on wikipedia, and scalemodels

Take it to LCA and start arguing that it is a 3rd generation fighter. ;)

 I did. I even mentioned a link where the Project Director of LCA said "LCA is a 3.5 generation fighter" and the debate ended right there.

And his reply was "that too much humility will hamper the LCA's prospects in the export market".

I am a part of the Wikiproject Pakistan. All Indo-Pak war articles had Indian pictures in the infoboxes, I had them removed (other than the Kargil war one, which I will soon have amended to include Pakistani picture as well).

I also edit out blatantly biased info. The way to keep Indian bias off Wikipedia isn't to vandalise the article saying Pakistan destryoed India with 1 shot (because that will be reverted in minutes by losers who spend their entire life on Wikipedia), but to add a disputed tag to the top of the article, then go to the article's discussion page and cite the specific sentences that are blatantaly biased and taken from Indian sources. This way non-Indian editors agree to have the offending material removed.

I encourage all Pakistani defence professionals to edit Pakistani military articles (and others too, if you have the interest).

On 05 Dec 71, four Indian Hunters (including one trainer) from OCU destroyed and damaged some 29 T-59s and Shermans of the Pakistani 22 cavalry which was racing for strategic Jaisalmer in the ‘overlooked’ and soft underbelly of the Rajasthan desert.

Whether the above is true or not. Its a national disgrace that our country was divided into two. So lets just not celebrate making fun in the internet but accept the ground realities. If and only if East pakistan was not seperated during the 1971 war, I would have joined the party. Not now.

Ofcourse. Do you think otherwise.
Indian intelligence agencies did make use of the separatist's in East pakistan. War is not just using the guns and sacrificing life. The intelligence operation and episonage played and important role and this is the only reason why we lost east pakistan.

ISI is trying to do the same in IHK. But till date we have not got their support in 1965 or 1971 war or either the Kargil war, and we have so far failed to liberate Kashmir.

We should have a belly to absorb truth, to be better prepared for future situatons, rather than just boasting.

And mind your language. This is a public forum and you have no right to ask me to shut up. If you have some comments to offer, please do so.

Cheers.

you are either a indian loged in as pakistani or a confused pakistani bullied in youtube and now trying to be over smart with us!
but i will try to get your twisted facts straight!

Ever since its creation, in 1947, Pakistan was plagued by imbalance between its two parts. West and East Pakistan shared a common religion but they were divided by distance, culture, language and economics. In fact, ever since independence Pakistan’s leaders had failed to forge a strong sense of national identity between West and East. West Pakistan was almost six times larger than East Pakistan and contained the nation’s capital. Political power was concentrated in the west, and West Pakistanis held an almost total monopoly of appointments in the civil service, armed forces and the diplomatic service, despite being outnumbered by eastern Pakistanis by three to one.

By contrast East Pakistan, established in the rich alluvial plains formed by the confluence of three major rivers – the Brahmaputra, Ganges, and Meghna – accounted for 75% of exports and foreign earnings. In return, it received less than 30% of the nation’s imports and investment. To the rules in Islamabad, East Pakistan was a colony that was milked to the extension that per capita income in the west exceeded that in East Pakistan. Such discrimination became increasingly intolerable to East Pakistan.

Between 1947 and 1958 Pakistan had a veneer of parliamentary democracy, but was increasingly controlled by a faction of landowners, industrialists, bureaucrats and the military, mainly drawn from the Punjab. Real power was actually exercised by the Army, which openly ruled from 1958 until 1969, under the presidency of Field Marshal Ayub Khan. The provincial elections of 1954 in East Pakistan saw candidates of the establishment decisively defeated, and the subsequent democratic government was quickly suppressed by the military authorities. By 1966 the leading political figure in East Pakistan, Sheikh Mujibur Rahman, put forward a six-point programme that proposed the establishment of a federal Pakistan, with central government having very limited powers. The Sheikh was arrested and in 1968 tried for treason, becoming a martyr who turned eastern demands away from autonomy towards total separation. What finally pushed the East Pakistanis to demand the break up was the fall of Ayub Khan, in March 1969. The dictator promised to hold general elections but his popularity had sunk so low that he was forced to hand over power to the Pakistan Army (PA) commander, Yahya Khan, who banked on no clear majority being obtained by any of political parties, thereby allowing the PA to remain in control.

the fact is... 80% of the east wing Pakistani soldiers refused to fight for pakistan, then on top of that 70 million or so bangalis turned against pak military! then to make the situation worst! bharatraksha attacked us on both fronts while knowing that east wing can be easily cut off due to its geological location!

Oh, if a pakistani talks sense, he is called Indian. How intelligent!!

The piece of information is correct, but is it not an Intelligence failure that we failed to fore-see the situatin and take adequate remediation measures to prevent it. Why did we fail to satisfy the demands of East pakistan, that let to the imbalance. If otherwse, we could have had a strategic advantage of locking up the Indian forces in 2 fronts, east and west, if there was an Indo china war and that could have lead to the worst situation for Indian army. But now we have lost that advantage. But you seem to be happy about that.

again.... we did not lose east pakistan because of india or war! it was our own internal problem that led to separation!

Yeah, we did not lost East pakistan because of war..and was it video game that was going on in 1971 when Pak forces confronted the enemy.

Even India has internal problem in kashmir and other side maoist rebels, but they have managed hold it. Look at china, they have tibet problems, but they are eduating their people about the national integration of china and I am sure will not allow the separation.

We lost the East because of how we treated them, not because of India or RAW. The Bengalis themselves fought our army for independence. That gives you a very good idea of who's fault it was.

But since we treated them badly, it just goes to show us West Pakistanis never considered them our fellow countrymen in the first place and the feeling was mutual from their side as well.

So stop acting like it was some great tragedy. Creation of Bangladesh was great for Pakistan and the Bengalis themselves, in fact it was inevitable.

Any reason why Indian contributors to Wikipedia are losers and not the Pakistani contributors? Just because Indians are contributing more to the community based encyclopedia (And not just to Pakistan related issues).

An Indian also designed the Pentium chip (which I guess all of us are using), an Indian created the first web based Email (Hotmail), Many Indians work on creating the Windows OS which most of us use. Any plans to boycott all of that too? ;)
