Indians defy ban on gang rape documentary 'India's Daughter' by watching and sharing film online

Obviously illiterate Bhakt is interested only in making government look good.
it was not BJP govt that was in power then andit was not BJP home minister that gave permission tomake the documentorry

but BBC went ahead with embarassing indian goverment but what did they achive and what potential disaster they made

cause there this mistake will niether be forgotten nor will be forgived

as for champions of rights of rapists in india now they will get a better "RAW" deal ;)

and please tell which home minister gave the permission and who was the jail athourity that gave persmission and on what grounds

The Home Ministry of India (doubt very much whether such things would have reached the level of the HM). The person who got that permission is now the Special Commissioner of Police - Vimla Mehra

"This concerns the request of Leslee Udwin for entering the Tihar jail to interview some convicts intimated by your letter dated July 22.

The ministry has no objection to the proposal provided informed written consent is obtained from each of the convicts interviewed," said a letter written by Home Ministry Joint Secretary S Suresh Kumar to Tihar director general Vimla Mehra on July 24, 2013

The file was disposed of at the level of the Joint Secretary with intimation to the then home secretary Anil Goswami, given the 'general nature' of the file, it never reached the then Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde

so in short it was given during the time of UPA ... good

Indian society is sick it's male chauvinist.

They try to hide what's out there.

Can some please tell me why didn't they hang the lawyers first?

I think these bastards should be hung along with that 17yr ol pig.

well if you or the makers of the documentorry have better ideas why not share it rather than embarassing indian goverment

but no worries now BBC wont get any favours from GOI
BBC will get a lawsuit against them now in India and if they don't comply they will be banned.
