Indian spy convicted in Germany for espionage

.
Go easy on him he is fighting a war,Europe is gonna go kaput if it doesn't corrects it' self righteous attitude

Europe is gonna pay the price when these Extremists will start to bite the hand that feeds them

Europe is becoming more and more irrelevant daily as it continues to hobble in and out of world politics.

Right now look at their situation:

1- While Americans have smartly come out of recession (At the cost of becoming a police state under Obama's dronemania), they are safe, oceans away.

2- Europeans aka Angela Merkel (Since she represents and controls EU) is in two minds when dealing with Russians while Putin has successfully made Russia relevant to the entire world. Europe cannot ignore Russia and it cannot disobey the USA.

3- It preaches human rights to everyone around the world but uses aggressive police action against its own unarmed civilians.

Terrific news. Its news like these that show us how RAW operates, how they keep tabs on threats to India and nations they consider as enemies of the state.

The very fact that Germany was the target tells us how Germany is using Sikh extremists to undermine Indian interests. Pretty much like how pakistan using sikh and muslim extremists from India.

A shame Ranjit S cover was blown. It appears like German intelligence counter measure against RAW. I hope after 9 months India gives a Hero's welcome to Ranjit S or whatever his real name is.

You are Hilarious

I take it you live in Germany and have shifted allegiance to Germany ?

I really hope that we adopt Israel-like policy about getting back out people. If we'd like to convey our point, we could send covert forces into Germany and get him out.

I'd like to see them try to capture an Israeli and keep him in cell without Mossad blowing up half of Berlin to get their man, back.

Nope,,bengal has touched new lows in everything:coffee:

It is competing with Uttar Pradesh to take the title of 'Somalia of India'.

He'll be back after 9 mths, maybe earlier for good behaviour. German jails are not all that bad. For most Indians it would seem like a hotel with room service. ;)

There is contradiction in this article. It says this convicted guy is detained in several occasion for wrongdoings.
Now I have really a doubt about this that whether RAW used such a guy for this job.

European cops are the best cops I ve ever seen. They refrain from using excessive violence like American once and are not utterly useless and incompetent creatures in uniform like Indian ones

As i said clique..............the more stupid u are the more assumptions u tend to make.
I stayed in karnataka for 5 years during my graduation..........i know for a fact how stupid these assumptions are.

Every human being behaves in almost a similar way provided he has same opportunities and same advantages like the other one,,,its the same.

But on communists and rss people i just hate both and i actually think kerala will get fucked just like punjab in a decade or so due to this socialism(Power is free of cost to punjab farmers,,,whatever little is being provided:rofl:) and of course alcohalism:lol::lol:

Is alcohol such a big issue in Punjab? I know my Sikh friends here in the UK love their drink, infact their weddings are the best Asian weddings bar non, 24 hour open bar....love it. How ever they are also smart professionals an businessmen, work hard n play hard.

your idea of asking german authorities for intel is naive, we need to build capacity and coordinate with other agencies if needed.

 And what is coordinating with other agencies? Exactly, asking German agencies if they have gathered infos. That's not even unusual, especially if the group that is the point here is decelerated even in the EU as an extremist organisation, so the Germans won't have issues to share infos if they have. But as said, they won't go and spy for Indians on German people in Germany, if there is no immediate threat, because they have to follow their laws of course. If the IB still needs specific infos they can hire informants like this, with no risk for them or the Indo - German relationships, but that doesn't mean that this guy is a good guy, nor that it would be worth fighting for him. Indian officials surely don't give a damn about him anymore and from what I have read he will remain in jail for much longer because of other pending cases in his name.

well its basically the funding and gatherings which they have to see.

No, because it's not about an extremist group in Germany, but if certain people in Germany have contact or relations with extremists in India. That means if they call or write each other and to get to these infos, you must go beyond the laws. But as said, unless there is an immediate threat caused by these people, they are protected by the same law, because you need to prove people guilty first. That might be different in the US now, but doesn't mean it should be in the rest of the world.

Maybe its you who should do a bit of reading rather than shooting your mouth.

LOL what a load of crap! Even the opening article clearly states that he was spying on the Indian commnity in Germany and not on Germany itself. And your phantasy that he couldn't be caught is nothing but hilarious, by the fact that he is a known criminal and that he has charges against him, for for illegal immigration into Germany, for falsifying of documents and smuggling of people, with the verdicts still pending. So he was known by the authorities anyway and not a 007 spy like you want to make him.

As I told you before, get a clue of what this issue is about, before you talk so much nonsense:

there is no bad guy / good guy in that community.. at lowest level you want to use which ever resource you can get hands on, some of them might be nasty character, but agree/capable to work for you.
And yes, he is not an intelligence officer attached to the consulate, so there will be little interest in govt fighting for him. I dont think there is any risk to indo german relationship here.
