Shitiest outlet I have ever seen,

I agree. Apart from what from the pic seems like a slightly lower standard of interior fit out than what is expected of Raymonds' shops, it's the franchisee owner's attire (as Contrarian pointed out above) that makes the place look like cr*p. I wish there were more interior pics upon which to base a proper opinion, though.

Phillips-Van Heusen Corporation based in Manhattan New York.

Park Avenue is a raymonds brand - don't know about the rest.
