My father told me that during Kargil when he visited the Sector comd of Capt Sher Khan, he was told about a young “Taghra” officer who was punishing indians & raiding the enemy positions.

Later my father was one of the officers who received his “Jasd e Khaki”, at Chaklalas Nur Khan AB.
