Three Indian navy ships led by Rear Admiral Ajit Kumar anchored at Da Nang port in Vietnam’s central Da Nang City Tuesday for a five-day visit, a media report said Tuesday.

According to state-run Vietnam News Agency, during their stay, the guest officers and sailors would pay courtesy visits to leaders of the Da Nang City People’s Committee, the High Commands of the Military Zone 5 and the Navy Zone 3.

They will join in training and exchange of experience with Vietnamese navy soldiers, as well as sports activities with soldiers of the Navy Zone 3, and tour some scenic sites in the central region, reported Xinhua.
