No, They were known to be Dadi wali fauj as The MARCOS Unit was allowed to Grow beards, Now its not followed....But still the name remains

MARCOS essentially remain IN personnel. Historically IN personnel are allowed to maintain beards, unlike the other armed forces. The regulations have not been changed in any way.
Probably the only exception is IA personnel while serving in Siachen- maybe IndianArmy can throw some light on that.

and are these MARCOS? They do look like they got good gear apart form the driver of the boat, tin hat!!! But maybe not MARCOS just regular navy?

The sailor in the stern of the Zodiac may be a MARCOS, but the other personnel are normal sailors detailed into the Boarding Party.
Dedicated squads of MARCOS(prahars) may be embarked on warships, but any members of the ship's may be detailed for 'board & search' operations.

Yes You are right, But IN as a whole was not allowed to Practice that,These regulations have been changed now, Now I dont think Except for the Commandos Any Indian Navy Personnel Is allowed to maintain his Beard.

And commandos have no other go as they are scheduled for 24/7 . But again, Its not that MARCOS are not allowed to Maintain, But its not a part of there Official Attire anymore...
