26/11 Terrorists were deemed "From Pakistan" based on the phone conversations intercepted between the attackers and their handlers originating from Pak....

Does the report have any basis to call this person "Indian" other than lack of documents?

amar singh... well not really a spy... but yeah, phone calls, pics and videos were published including that of the dead...

and that is not the first time... times of india is a good site for such stuff... i also remember videos showing infiltration..

and yeah today they had a video... on someone killed in kashmir... some terrorist... i didnt see the video... but it had a pic of the deceased any way...

My dear, there is an analogue, "jumping the gun", or innocent until proven guilty, hence the afore mentioned example of the teacher.
There have been many occasions, when innocent civilians inadvertently cross the border without any knowledge or possession of documents and often are repatriated. Care to elaborate as how their identities are disclosed. I am sure if the GOI found an alien in the say red corridor, they would be ultimately concerned.

What people needs to understand here is one thing, It is a WAR my friends -

Earlier it was war over land,religion blah blah

Now this WAR has added few more new fronts they are

War of International Diplomacy
War of Economics & Money
War of Esteem & False Pride

Which is resulting in daily killings and maiming of innocent civilians - it wont take a dime for a common civilian to understand its a self-imposed war by few greedy people. And guess what nobody wants to understand this War from this aspect.

But there is a another problem, some people on the TOP who are making decisions are so high on their esteem propane they fail to realise they are in middle of the WAR & loosing it from all Fronts.

Now someone is loosing this war very badly - but guess who it is, remind you there are no winners here.

There's a difference though.....

As mentioned, whats considered "Jumping the gun" during 26/11 was actually based on the GOI intercepts from the event....so was based on credible intel....though I do agree, that identity of the attackers being Pakistani was definitely an assumption....a rational one nevertheless, especially considering that the handlers and the call originated from Pak which was proven through tracing

Anyways, 26/11 issue has been a broken record on this forum and these reports surface every few months contributing little to either sides claims of "sponsoring terrorism"....

My issue is with the report which confidently calls the arrested man Indian in the news headline, but goes on to use the term "suspected"...
Thats spreading misinformation.....especially when there is no verifiable way of stating his nationality, let alone religion...
