And what about they becoming brilliant and smart guys studying in India. You are talking as if they were dumb in India became smart by getting education abroad.

To me this is a huge conundrum. India is run like shit, but lots of Indian managers in the West.

In Western companies, are white/Asian nerds easier to boss around than Indians because Indians aspires to be bosses? Or do Indians have no humility and like to bullshit their way up and not actually do any of the theory work (I see this pattern a lot)? Or is there under-representation of East Asians because of language barrier and general racism towards Mongoloids?

Is India run like shit because no one likes to be bossed around? But they sure like attention from whites.
