suppose if an indian man from tamil nadu is about to marry a female indian military officer who holds the rank of coloniel.....will he require to get security clearance from intelligence authorities or tamil nadu police before he ties the knot?......
if not then will the career of that female coloniel be compromised in the long-run ..i.e she being transferred to khuday line post if the tamil naduish man has a past criminal record and he is a convicted sex offendor?
