The Lie:

On the sniping incidents from across the border, Lt Gen Singh said such incidents had
come to a naught over the past several months, especially after India deployed new state of the art sniper rifles along LoC.

"Some incidents of sniping took place earlier and accordingly we have taken some measures to strengthen our defence. As per the data this year, only three incidents of sniping by the Pakistan Army were reported from January to February 26 in which the fatalities include a civilian porter and a BSF officer," he said. "But after February 26 there was not a single sniper attack", he added.

The Truth

Mar 21 2019

An official said that Pakistani troops resorted to ceasefire violation and fired with sniper upon the Indian army posts in Keri belt of Sunderbani sector along the LoC during wee hours of Thursday. “A soldier identified as Rifleman Yash Pal suffered serious injuries in the attack. He was immediately evacuated to military hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries,” he said.

Small arms and mortar fire Not sniper

On 21st Mar 2019, Pakistani troops initiated unprovoked firing on Indian posts from across the border in the Sunderbani sector in Rajouri district. Pakistani soldiers violated the ceasefire and resorted to unprovoked firing using small arms, automatics, and mortars. Rifleman Yash Paul’s unit was manning one of the forward posts in that sector. Indian forces retaliated forcefully against the ceasefire violation and the cross border firing continued for several hours. However, during the exchange of fire, Rifleman Yash Paul got grievously injured and was immediately shifted to the hospital at the nearby Army base. However, Rifleman Yash Paul later succumbed to his injuries and was martyred.

Army Jawan Hari Bhakar who hailed from Rajasthan was shifted to the Army Hospital after he received serious injuries in the ceasefire violation. Grenadier Hari Bhakar had received sniper fire from across the border when he was deployed around LoC in Shahpur Area in Poonch district, and later succumbed to his injuries.

After humiliation at LOC and 27 February, GOI, IA & IAF all relying only and only on lies.
Still they thinks that lies could stand, while Pakistan already fractured the legs of their lies.

Once again it was shelling not sniper:

On 23rd Mar 2019 around at 5:30 pm, Pakistan Army troops initiated unprovoked firing on Indian posts from across the border in Shahpur Qasba and Kerni areas of Poonch sector. During that period, Grenadier Hari Bhakar’s unit, 4 Grenadiers was manning the forward posts along the Line of Control in the Poonch sector. The Pakistani troops violated the ceasefire and resorted to heavy cross border shelling of various Indian Army posts and civilian areas. Indian army responded in a befitting manner to the Pakistani aggression and consequently, a heavy exchange of fire ensued thereafter, which continued intermittently through the night. Heavy caliber weapons and rockets were used during the cross border firing. However, during this cross border shelling, Grenadier Hari Bhakar got severely injured by shell splinters at around 4 am.

Grenadier Hari Bhakar was immediately evacuated to the military hospital for specialized treatment. However, Grenadier Hari Bhakar lost the battle for life in the hospital and succumbed to his injuries on 24th Mar 2019.

When is ever Indian Army ever spoke truth....its a lie machine.

IA and IAF didnot even accept Abhinandan plane Mig 21 Bison was shot down earlier, later when Indian pilot made POW and paraded they finally ahad to accept the humilation.

Again indian media news showed another plane Su30 Mki shot down by PAF, they later removed the video.

Indian army at first didnot admit they lost Kargil war, surrounded by Pak Army on peak...later now when Pakistan showed evidence of captured peaks still in Pakistani hands and loosing more soldiers their honest Generals finally accepted it.
