Mr. Bipin won #2FrontWar hence the great honour. He is legendary in strategy, tactics and execution... a great military mind for the world to praise and honour.

Since Napolean never has the world seen such a great general as Mr. Bipin.

I think it's an acknowledgement of him being professionally honest.....''Don't count on us to counter China, we can't even handle Pakistan.''

I personally think that Indian govt should make him permanent COAS of IA till death.
