3) Pakistan is under no obligation to withdraw its forces from Kashmir unilaterally and unconditionally. First a Truce Agreement has to be concluded as per the UN Resolutions.

Pak didn't give any territory to China in Kashmir which Pak was holding in 1962. Pak simply stopped making claim of that part of Kashmir which was under Chinese hold and Pak had recognised that territory as Chinese land.

In return, China has given 750 miles of Kashmir to Pak in 1962 which was actually under the control of China.
