India on Thursday, 6 September, urged the US to take a "balanced and sensitive" view on the issue of proposed changes in America's H-1B visa policy, saying it could effect the people-to-people links that are crucial for energising bilateral ties.

Spot on...US Gov is going to take steps that is beneficial to US people only...Neither they are going to listen about what Gov of India request nor try to bargain for...Unless , India can make deal to have another offer where US corporations are getting some benefit, US is not going relax any rule for any one...
