More clear pic post soon. ... this seems delta shaped loitering weapon ..flying pattern and hitting the target is exactly same used in NK war. But this is not ATGM. This is new level of war.

edit:
This may be Israeli harpy if it is a delta winged uav looking weapon - India bought them a while back. Same weapon used in Karabakh - Azeri Armenian conflict.

however @MilSpec has identified it as a plain old atgm

Yet we are constantly refusing to upgrade our capabilities to even roadside bombs - never mind drones - out of some bizarre unwritten "gentleman's pact" to use artillery and sniper rifles only!

I have been saying for months, as have many others - give our agents teeth and they will chew our enemies to a pulp. Roadside remote detonation bombs are last decade's tech yet we still don't use them. Do you think the honourless eastern filth would hesitate to use roadside bombs on us?? What do you think militants from afg and BLA are taught to use by RAW, yet we stick to some bizarre code of honour and refuse to escalate?

Now they're using drones and still we're waiting for someone to shake our hand and inform us we are allowed to do the same.

Pakistanis STILL do not understand the disgusting mindset of these people. They will maximise civilian deaths and injuries on both sides of the LOC and not give a damn. Indeed, it is a victory for them when they kill civilians on both sides of the LOC.

India is having both Harpys and Harops in their inventory. Ironically one Harop costs $2 m to India.

These munition can be made ineffective by using strong electronic jammers.

Please do from what I can see it look like an ATGM which India and Pakistan use against each other's bunkers.

Use of loitering munition in Kashmir valley is questionable as Kashmir is already 5300 feet above sea level and some of its peaks in IOJK are about 15000 feet to 18000 feet high.

Service ceiling of most of the loitering munition is less or around 15000 feet ASL or around less than 10000 feet AGL.

The mountainous terrain of IOJK may also cause intermittent or no communication with ground control, however air platform can ensure positive comm link. Electronic jammers may make these munitions ineffective..

Maybe you should, and explain to me how Harpy has rocket boosters in the final phase as seen in almost all videos.

Looks like an ATGM hit to me, quite common. Drones can be quickly shot down with the level of firepower deployed by both forces. You'd need something like a Long or Predator to engage from distance, but then that raises the threat of war.
For the most part its light artillery guns, mortars, heavy machine guns, sniper rifles and ATGM's.

I always talked about Suicide drones in my past posts and why these kinds of drone should be used in massive numbers against our mentally unstable neighbor's nalaik army suffering from Hindutva disease.
