To be built at an estimated cost of Rs. 7 Crores INR [~$1.23 million USD], the installation is expected to be up and ready in around 2 years. This notice in question had been issued for the construction of the facility at its Airbase at Leh, in the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir, region that the Chinese claim as its own.
