Why India in this discussion......she don't have any border attached to Afghanistan.......and most interesting thing there is no Pakistan.....that has most important rule in this all game.........its looks funny.

It's interesting that they should have to accept a constitution that they played no role in crafting -- Why should they accept it? What about it is the equal of a religious faith that they must accept something they had no role in crafting, is this democracy?

Yes, it's a loaded question - but if one does not have the courage of conviction, one should not attempt an answer

I don't think Taliban would accept Afghanistan constitution. So it's useless. It may happen otherwise if the foreign nations withdraw their forces out of Afghanistan.
