Almost all the mining companies with global reach are based in the West, China or Japan, so of course without recognition of the Emirate by these countries mining is not possible.

Yeah no cultural ties, no religious ties, no racial ties , no shared history, no social connections but somehow miraculously you know afghans better than us.
