China is not the country which took most reefs and atols in SCS and contesting claimants are all on good terms with each, it's never a hotspot for military actions. If China is really a bully, she can take over all islands and reefs in South China Sea in a matter of hours, China is a nice neighor and always promotes solves the disputes through dialouges.
There is a reason why PLA hasn't fought any wars and conflicts for over 40 years already, because of China's peace loving foreign policies.

Bullying, suppressing, marginalizing people comes naturally to Indian people, just check how powerful Brahmins(just 3% of Indian pop.) controls all the low caste to out of the caste Dalits in India(there population is in excess of 350 million).
